How does a business become Rafflers Approved?
Businesses must apply and demonstrate they meet all legal and compliance standards outlined by the Gambling Act 2005. Our vetting process is water tonight and has been approved by a specialist UK Gambling lawyer.
Once approved, they are added to the Rafflers directory and must continue to follow the Rafflers Rules. If they fail to comply, they will be removed from the official list.
Does Rafflers run competitions?
No. Rafflers does not run its own competitions. We are an independent approval and promotion service for businesses who do.
